  1. I’m having trouble finding a suggested food plan for food addiction on this website. All I see are food plans from other organizations when I click on a topic that leads me to believe there is a food plan on this site.

      We dont push a food plan – other than eating non processed foods. I prefer one that has no sugar, no flour and even no grains – and then just follow those principles for a healthy food plan. You can find a more specific one under a 12 step program with the help of a sponsor.
