TTC: Exit at St. George Subway Stop. Take the Bedford Road exit and walk 1/2 Block South to Bloor. Turn right on Bloor, then left onto Devonshire Place.
PARKING: Pay parking lot behind the theatre; on-street pay parking.

A STORY OF HOPE: Amber W., Recovering food addict will share her own inspiring story of hope and food addiction recovery treatment.

1:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Exercise and Weight Loss: Are We Getting Fit or Fatter?
Special Speaker: Mike MacKinnon, B.Comm., M.Div., CPTN-CPT
Personal Trainer, Mississauga, Ontario for 5 years.

Tickets $25
Refreshments will be provided at break times. Bring a lunch or select from many local eateries.

Dr. Vera Tarman MD, FCFP, CASAM, M. Sc. the Medical Director of Renascent and staff Physician at the Salvation Army Homestead. She has been working in the field of drug and alcohol addiction for 18 years.
