Day 12!!! Today Vera Ingrid Tarman interviewed Chef AJ for the summit!!! Chef AJ has been devoted to a plant-exclusive diet for over 43 years. She is the host of the television series Healthy Living with CHEF AJ which airs on Foody TV.

Day 13!! David Wolfe – Registered Dietitian and Sugar Addiction Coach Dave has been working as a Registered Dietitian (RD) since 2013. He started in hospital care, then became a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician to better support patients unable to eat by mouth.

Day 14!!! Joy Kiddie-Dietitian opened The Low Carb Healthy Fat Dietitian in 2017.
