I read your article and have sent for your bood at the library Food Junkies because one thing I know is I am a junkie and white flour, sugar, hersey almond bars and ice cream are my downfall and it’s getting worse. I once went on a candida diet and hard but freeing then a yr. later introduced normal food and gained weight backagain. I am at 303 and can’t get the weight off, I’m a mess. Reading your article when I got to the food plans I could not find them listed could you tell me how to find them so I can look at them and give it ago. The problem I’m finding is that I’m eating every hour and that’s what’s new and it’s bad, i have many health problems I need to address. Please help me.
