Suzanne Colon has been meditating in the Insight (Vipassana) tradition since 1992.
She completed the Barre Center for Buddhist Studies’ Integrated Study and Practice Program in 2014 and Spirit Rock Meditation Center’s Community Dharma Leader training program in 2017.
She is a co-founder of the Bozeman Dharma Center and shares leadership of the Insight Meditation Community.
Suzanne has spent 12 years exploring modalities of western psychology (as a layperson) and how the tools of meditation can be used in psychological and emotional healing. She joined the Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) Course Teacher training in 2016 and the Somatic Experiencing (SE) training in 2017. She is thrilled to join forces with others in the field to offer meditation and wellness practices in the Bozeman area.
