Nikki Glantz, RDN has served as the Milestones Eating Disorders Program dietitian for the past 19 years and has a diversified background in working with patients suffering from both eating disorders and related mental health issues. A graduate of The University of Florida’s Health Sciences Program, as well as, having an advanced degree from Florida International University with a specialty in Dietetics and Nutrition, Nikki provides an invaluable service to her clients and the patients at Milestones.
In addition to being the proud mother of three boys and married to her husband David since graduating college, Nikki is an active member of the South Florida community. She is highly regarded as the “go-to” person among family, friends, and especially her colleagues at Milestones. She also maintains a part-time private practice at the Milestones Cooper City Campus and serves as a consultant to local chemical dependency programs in the area. ~ Vera Ingrid Tarman
